Balcom's Cove

Balcom's Cove Condominiums & Marina is located on Muskegon Lake. The high-rise condo development includes 56 two-bedroom units running approximately 1,400 square feet. The construction for this development began in July, 2001 and was completed in June, 2003. The general contractor for this project was Triangle Construction. The electrical portion of this development was a $1 million + project for Allied Electric. Each condo has its own electrical meter and services as well as its own panel located in the laundry rooms. Each building was also equipped with 70 kw gas generator and automatic transfer switch. Every dock in the condo marina was also equipped with electrical service to power the individual pedestals for the boats with 50 amp and 30 amp service as well as CATV availability at each pedestal.
